Returns and Exchanges ​ We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy for most products, starting from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. Items must also be in their original packaging, with any tags and labels attached. 2. How to Make a Return ​ To make a return, please contact our customer service team by email to obtain a returns authorisation number. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your message. Once you have received your returns authorisation number, please return the item(s) to us within 14 days, including the returns authorisation number in the package. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service to ensure the safe return of your item(s). 3. Refunds Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, and will include the cost of the item(s) and any standard delivery charges. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned item(s). Please note that we do not refund any additional delivery charges for express or international delivery. 4. Exchanges ​ If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. We will send the new item to you once we have received the original item(s) back. ​ 5. Faulty or Damaged Items ​ If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or refund. We may ask you to provide photos of the damage or fault to help us resolve the issue quickly.
