Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your message. Once you have received your returns authorisation number, please return the item(s) to us within 14 days, including the returns authorisation number in the package. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service to ensure the safe return of your item(s). 3. Refunds Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, and will include the cost of the item(s) and any standard delivery charges. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned item(s). Please note that we do not refund any additional delivery charges for express or international delivery. 4. Exchanges ​ If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. We will send the new item to you once we have received the original item(s) back. ​ 5.
